Marketplace & Dropshipping Operations Lead (Zurich or Geneva)

Your Mission

Lead and scale our marketplace & dropshipping operations with a strong focus on partner integration and catalog management. You’ll own the technical setup, daily operations, and optimization of our partner feeds and tools.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Select suitable integration methods (API, flat file, aggregator) via Channable
• Monitor & update partner feeds (articles, pricing, catalogs) regularly
• Optimize product content & assortments via Channable
• Act as central owner of Channable and our pricing tool SPOT
• Collaborate with Buying, Tech, Finance & Marketing for seamless processes 

What You Bring

• Proven experience with Channable
• Strong know-how in e-commerce processes, especially integration & catalog mgmt.
• Marketplace or dropshipping experience is a plus
• Clear communicator in English (German/French a plus)
