Enterprise Architect, 80-100% (ID 1803)
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead and drive the overall architectural vision of our organization. This role is responsible for aligning IT strategy with business goals, designing scalable and sustainable enterprise systems, and ensuring consistency and compliance across all technology platforms. It is an essential role for building and implementing an IT Target Operating Model to support our global sustainable growth.
- Strategic Alignment: ensure technology decisions align with the organization's overall business strategy and objectives Architecture
- Design: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint, encompassing business, information, application, and technology domains
- Roadmapping: create and manage technology roadmaps, outlining the evolution of the IT landscape to support future business needs
- Technology Governance: establish and enforce architecture principles, standards, and guidelines for IT projects
- Innovation: research and evaluate new technologies to improve business operations and identify opportunities for innovation
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure alignment and effective implementation
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology implementations and ensure the security and compliance of IT systems
- Digital Transformation: They play a key role in leading and guiding the organization through digital transformation initiatives
- University Degree in Informatics and related further education
- Minimum 12 years of relevant job experience
- Strong understanding of business strategy and IT architecture principles
- Driving and executing change in a "hands on" approach
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level IT solutions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of various technologies, including cloud computing, data management, and security
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices. - strategic leader who bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving the organization's digital evolution and ensuring its long-term success
- Fluency in English, German will be considered as a plus
