Growth Marketing Manager

Join Migros Online to leverage your growth marketing expertise in a tech-driven, customer-centric environment. With this temporary position to cover maternity leave, you will be part of our Product & Growth Department and work with passionate teams to drive growth and adoption of our online service. We're looking for a courageous, data-driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What impact do you have?
  • Growth Focus: Take ownership of growth-focused initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.
  • Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans based on customer insights, market trends, and data analysis to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collaboration with Product Teams: Partner with Product Managers to align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps, translating customer needs into actionable product requirements and growth opportunities.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement, drive online sales, and maximize ROI.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance and growth metrics, leveraging insights to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.

What do you offer?
  • Education: Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college) Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience: at least 5 years Marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or digital product space
  • You feel comfortable in a fast-changing environment
  • You bring a high affinity for optimization and technology
  • Demonstrated passion for data- and insight-driven marketing
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage campaigns and complex initiatives from concept to execution across all marketing disciplines
