SSM Textile Machinery, based in Wädenswil (Switzerland), is a subsidiary of the Rieter Group. SSM Group is seeking a

to lead our strategic and operational activities across our legal entities in Switzerland, Italy, and China. This high-impact role offers broad leadership responsibility and direct access to top BU leadership.

• Lead and develop the Finance and IT teams with a total of 10 FTEs
• Oversee monthly closings (IFRS & local GAAP), group reporting, budgeting & forecasting
• Act as sparring partner and deputy to the Managing Director of SSM
• Drive controlling across manufacturing, projects, R&D and sales
• Ensure compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, and cash flow management
• Champion continuous improvement in finance and business processes
• Coordinate IT initiatives, pension commission, and facility management

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Audit, with >8 years’ experience in Controlling/Finance
• Deep knowledge of IFRS; hands-on with ERP (SAP/PSI), BI tools, Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong leadership background (5+ years) in international environments
• Skilled in manufacturing & supply chain controlling
• Fluent in German and English; Italian a plus
• Agile, analytical, culturally aware, and ready to challenge the status quo
