Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) - After Sales Products

Are you a proactive, service-oriented personality with a passion to tackle your tasks? In this challenging and very diversified function, you take responsibility for the strategies for After Sales products and ensure the following activities.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for After Sales products and services (e.g. spare parts, upgrades, service packages, retrofit solutions).
- Design and manage campaigns to increase customer awareness and sales of service offerings.
- Create technical and commercial marketing materials (e.g. brochures, presentations, service catalogs, landing pages).
- Collaborate with Product Management, Service, and Sales teams to develop value propositions and go-to-market concepts.
- Plan product launches for new After Sales offerings and engineer-to-order services.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses for service products and solutions.
- Support trade shows, customer events, webinars, and digital marketing initiatives related to After Sales.
- Track campaign performance and analyze service sales trends to optimize marketing impact.
- Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in B2B marketing, preferably in mechanical engineering, service business, or capital goods industry.
- Strong understanding and/or interest of service-based value creation (parts, maintenance, technical support, engineering solutions).
- Ability to translate technical content into customer-relevant messaging.
- Experience in creating marketing materials and working with digital tools (e.g. CRM, CMS, automation platforms)
- High proficiency in English and German
- Hands-on attitude, structured working style, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
