Your responsibilities:
- You perform professional tooth cleaning and preventive oral care for Ivoclar employees
- You provide chairside support and clinical demonstrations during training sessions and product trials
- You deliver lectures and hands-on workshops to dental professionals, both in-person and virtually
- You develop and maintain evidence-based educational curricula focused on prevention, oral hygiene, and patient care
- You collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate clinical insights into training content
- You create clinical case presentations in the context of Ivoclar Prevention & Care products
- You represent Ivoclar Academy at conferences, trade shows, and educational events
Your qualifications:
- Certified Dental Hygienist with at least 3 years of clinical experience in chairside assistance, patient care, and preventive dentistry
- Strong didactic and communication skills, experience in education preferred
- Proficient in developing training materials and using digital education tools
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
- Open-minded and culturally sensitive, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and region
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
