We are looking for a Clinical Operations Lead (m/f/d) (LSW) - BS- Metropolitan Area Basel

Key Responsibilities:

• Therapeutic Area Community Engagement:
  Actively contribute to the broader Clinical Operations community with a focus on therapeutic areas. Help address emerging needs to enhance clinical trial delivery and generate real value for patients, investigators, and site staff.

• Portfolio Delivery & Strategic Input:
  Support the execution of clinical studies and programs by providing strategic and operational insights. Help design and implement Disease Area Operational Strategies that enable effective trial delivery and better outcomes for patients.

• Championing Patient-Centricity:
  Drive a culture that prioritizes the needs of patients, investigators, and site staff. Encourage peer-to-peer collaboration and foster an environment of curiosity to develop more efficient, simplified, and patient-centered clinical operations.

• Advancing Operational Excellence:
  Contribute to the transformation of global clinical operations by pursuing radically simpler, high-impact approaches aligned with Roche's purpose of "Doing now what patients need next" and advancing Personalized Healthcare.

• Inspiring & Empowering Talent:
  Promote global collaboration and communication within a matrixed organization. Mentor and support colleagues to grow capabilities, drive innovation, and embrace a value-creation mindset.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Proactively manage and align with key internal and external stakeholders-including Product Development, Early Development, Diagnostics, Commercial teams, Affiliates, investigators, patient advocacy groups, vendors, and industry collaborators-to support Roche's Pharma Vision.

• Ensuring Quality & Compliance:
  Uphold the highest standards of GCP/GVP compliance and data integrity. Apply a balanced, risk-based approach to quality and seek guidance when needed to ensure compliance and accountability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A degree in a scientific discipline (*****)

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Clinical Operations and drug development (*****)

• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Clinical Operations or experience in supporting the execution of global clinical trials and projects (*****)

• Strong knowledge of ICH Guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) (*****)

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Deep understanding of the role of Clinical Operations in pharmaceutical development
