Position Overview
The (Senior) Relationship Manager is responsible for the financial, legal, compliance, and client relationship aspects of a portfolio of client entities. This role ensures entities remain in good standing and compliant with local laws and CSC's high standards.

Job description:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships; proactively communicate with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams.
- Business Development: Identify cross-sell opportunities and retention risks; support service enhancement and market insights.
- Corporate Administration: Manage company lifecycle processes including incorporation, compliance, tax filing, and financial transactions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements; complete timely file reviews.
- Reporting & Invoicing: Track portfolio performance and support budgeting; manage invoicing and timekeeping.
- Leadership & Oversight: Guide junior colleagues, ensure quality of work within your portfolio, and support cross-functional projects.
- Systems & Processes: Utilize tools like Viewpoint, SAP, and SharePoint efficiently.
Required profile:
- Master's degree in Law (Swiss preferred)
- 2-5 years' experience in legal, compliance, or fiduciary services
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Knowledge of Swiss legal and regulatory landscape
- Proactive, organized, and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond core tasks
