IT-Systemengineer (m/w/d) / Junior Systemengineer (m/w/d) onsite Locarno
What can you expect?
- On-site customer support at the customer's branch
- Troubleshooting, testing and fault clearance of devices and IT systems in the data center and onsite
- Planning and installation of hardware, uninstallation and relocation of devices, including connectivity tests
- Logistics and warehouse management services for the organization of spare parts
- Processing and follow-up of warranty cases with the manufacturer
- Implementation of preventive maintenance
- Communication with the customer's technical contacts
- Support in the execution of projects at the customer's site
What do you bring with you?
- Completed vocational training as IT technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or in a comparable profession
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience as IT system technician or comparable
- Good technical understanding and ability to independently analyze and solve problems
- Affinity for hardware and knowledge of IBM, HP, DELL or similar manufacturers for maintenance and service
- Independent work and customer-oriented appearance
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Category B driving license
