You have a solid foundation in logistics, warehousing, or production support and are eager to grow professionally. In this role, you will work closely with our international SAP and business teams to support and further develop logistics processes in SAP – particularly in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). You will support logistics operations across our global sites, gaining exposure to a wide variety of requirements and challenges. The position reports directly to the Head of Group IT/SAP, providing you with direct insight into strategic priorities and opportunities for growth.

Support & Process Development 

• Support daily operations and issue resolution in the SAP logistics area (EWM / WM) 
• Collaborate with business users from production, logistics, and warehouse teams across multiple sites 
• Participate in projects to roll out and optimize EWM in other countries 
• Analyze, document, and help improve warehouse and supply processes in SAP 
• Assist with SAP EWM system configuration and testing (will be trained if needed) 
• Handle incoming support requests and provide 2nd-level support 
• Coordinate with internal SAP experts and external consultants 

Growth & Learning 

• Participate in SAP trainings, workshops, and hands-on projects to develop EWM know-how 
• Expand your knowledge of end-to-end intralogistics processes and digital warehouse solutions 
• Take on increasing responsibility over time and become a go-to person for logistics process support

• You have at least 3–5 years of professional experience in logistics, warehousing, or production processes – ideally in a manufacturing environment 
• You have worked with ERP systems (e.g., booking goods receipts, handling delivery notes or stock movements) and understand structured operational global workflows 
• You are eager to deepen your knowledge in SAP EWM and take on increasing responsibilities over time 
• You enjoy working in an international team across time zones and cultures, with a high level of personal initiative 
• You have a structured and pragmatic way of working, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset 
• You speak and write English fluently; German is a plus
