Tasks & Responsibilities

• Perform all pull activities for stability studies. Prepare documents needed for the pull. Login and receive samples in LIMS. Close collaboration with different departments.
• Perform all staging activities. Prepare documentation needed for the staging. Collect data in iLab system. Organize storage of boxes in stability chamber in close collaboration with different departments.
• Support for sample management process improvement.
• Ensure safety and health protection by following lab and safety instructions and all cGMP regula-tions.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences) or relevant field
• Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Experience with sample handling, staging, and stability studies is a plus
• Familiarity with LIMS for sample tracking and data entry
• Experience with iLab or similar inventory/sample tracking systems
• Understanding of stability studies and sample lifecycle management
• Good organisational and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
