• Providing professional and friendly support to our e-commerce customers via phone, chat, and other communication channels.
• Assisting customers with inquiries about products, orders, and services.
• Resolving customer issues efficiently and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Fluency in German (written and spoken); French or English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and e-commerce platforms.
