Oniverse (formerly Calzedonia Group) is an Italian multibrand company founded in 1986. To expand our team at the headquarter in Schlieren we are looking for a highly motivated: 

E-Commerce Specialist

As an E-Commerce Specialist, your main goal is to drive online sales and deliver a seamless, engaging digital experience. You will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager, taking ownership of daily website operations, digital visual merchandising, and contributing to strategic and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Planning & Strategy

• Manage the sales calendar in collaboration with different business areas
• Develop initiatives to boost online sales with an omnichannel approach
• Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and revenue

2. Content Management & Digital Visual Merchandising

• Create and optimize user journeys for different customer segments
• Apply digital visual merchandising to improve product presentation and website layout
• Manage website content via CMS and newsletters, ensuring SEO best practices
• Support content creation using tools such as Figma

3. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor KPIs and analyse website performance
• Prepare reports to identify improvements and support data-driven decisions

Core Skills & Competencies

• Strong digital design and creative skills
• Expertise in digital visual merchandising
• Hands-on, operational mindset with full ownership of daily activities
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication

Your Profile

• University degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in retail/fashion)
• Solid e-commerce background with strong execution and optimization skills
• Strong interest in e-commerce, web marketing, and IT
• Commercial mindset with problem-solving ability and initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus
