• First Impression: Providing a warm, professional welcome to our guests upon arrival and ensuring the hotel entrance maintains a pristine appearance.
• Valet Service: Expert parking and retrieving of guest and hotel vehicles, including managing charging stations for electric cars.
• Luggage & Sports Service: Proactive assistance with luggage handling and professional oversight of the cloakroom and ski cellar.
• Vehicle Care: Providing manual car wash and cleaning services upon request or as needed.
• Logistics & Support: Running errands, distributing daily mail/newspapers, and ensuring seamless coordination with the Concierge and Front Office.

• Passionate Host: A charismatic personality with excellent manners and a keen eye for detail.
• Confident Driver: Valid driver’s license (Category B) and extensive experience in handling high-end vehicles (both manual and automatic).
• Resilient Team Player: Physically fit, flexible, and happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions to go the "extra mile."
• Multilingual: Proficiency in German and English is required; Italian language skills are a significant advantage.
