Our client, a leading global healthcare and life sciences organisation, is looking for an experienced Solution UX Lead to join a multidisciplinary Customer Experience and Design team.

Job description:
  • Lead UX activities across discovery, concept development, validation, implementation, and launch phases.
  • Translate customer insights, business goals, workflow requirements, and regulatory considerations into actionable design solutions.
  • Plan and manage UX deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate designers, researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure design outputs are consistent, evidence-based, and development-ready.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Service, and business teams.
  • Integrate UX activities into agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and scaled agile ceremonies.
  • Facilitate workshops, design reviews, prioritisation sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
  • Mentor and support design teams while promoting customer-centric best practices.
  • Represent UX within governance forums, project reviews, and strategic discussions.
About the customer:

This role is ideal for a senior UX professional who enjoys shaping complex healthcare solutions, leading cross-functional collaboration, and driving customer-centred design across digital products, services, and workflows.

You will act as the UX lead across multiple initiatives, ensuring customer needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements are translated into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Service Design, Human Factors, Design Research, or a related discipline.
  • Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Industrial Design, Service Design, Human Factors, or similar.
  • Proven experience leading UX initiatives for complex digital products, platforms, services, hardware solutions, or healthcare-related products.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including planning, estimation, prioritisation, dependency management, risk management, and progress tracking.
  • Experience defining UX workstreams, milestones, resource plans, and effort estimates.
  • Demonstrated success working with Product, Engineering, Research, Regulatory, Quality, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and transform complex challenges into clear design direction.
  • Experience working within agile product development environments.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
Compensation benefits:

Please note interviews would be conducted via video call, however the role is based 100% in Switzerland. Our client offers:
