  • Station Excellence: You support your Chef de Partie in the daily "Mise en place" and the service for our renowned outlets, ensuring every plate meets our aesthetic and gustatory expectations.
  • Precision in Execution: Whether it is delicate appetizers or sophisticated garnishes—you prepare components with mastery, speed, and a deep respect for the product.
  • Quality & Consistency: You oversee the correct storage of raw materials and guarantee absolute freshness. Order and uncompromising hygiene (HACCP) are your professional calling card.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You are an integral part of the brigade. When the pressure rises, you keep a cool head and actively support your colleagues to maintain our legendary excellence.

This is you
We are looking for a passionate culinary talent who thrives on the energy of a high-end kitchen. You don't just follow recipes; you understand the soul of fine dining:
  • Education: You are a certified chef or have at least 2 years of solid professional experience in high-end gastronomy or luxury hotellerie.
  • Skills: You have mastered fundamental cooking techniques (sautéing, poaching, braising) and possess excellent knife skills.
  • Mindset: You implement the hotel’s standard recipes with confidence and have a sharp eye for detail and continuous improvement.
  • Reliability: Punctuality, a professional appearance, and a clean, organized workspace are second nature to you.
  • Languages:Italian is required, as well as a good command of English or German.
