Our client is a well‑established mid-sized healthcare company. The organization supports physicians, pharmacies, and hospitals with a broad portfolio of high-quality prescription and over-the-counter products across dermatology and neurology. To strengthen their commercial team, we are currently seeking a Sales Representative.
Sales Representative Immunology – Ref. 2764 - Romandie - Immediate start, contract with possibility of permanent employment
In this field-based role, you will be responsible for promoting a defined product portfolio to healthcare professionals and driving sustainable sales growth within your territory. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from marketing and medical teams while building long-term relationships with dermatologists, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners. This position offers a dynamic mix of customer engagement, market analysis, and strategic execution.
Your main tasks
- Promote the product portfolio to dermatologists and other HCPs.
- Execute territory-specific action plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Organize and participate in events such as trainings, product presentations, and scientific meetings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales; experience in biologics and/or immunology is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a defined territory.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on business opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent French and English, German is an advantage
