Executive Assistant (80-100%, DE/EN)

The executive assistant we're seeking to support our management team is expected to be an experienced organizer, relationship manager, problem solver and planner who looks ahead. She or he will support our management's non-technical fields of activity with a focus on finance, legal and marketing, with these specific responsibilities:

• Proactive and highly responsive communication
  with shareholders, partners, customers, lawyers, authorities and our internal teams in areas such as investor relations, accounting, legal, marketing and sales.
  
• Regulatory compliant documentation
  of our business activities and transactions in our quality management and accounting systems.
  
• Consistently managed comprehensive information
  meeting legal, financial, marketing and sales requirements, making sure there is only one consistent message across the entire company for any item that goes public.
  
• Reliable calculation
  for budgets, post-calculated projects, sales controlling and managed activities of partners and sellers.
