- Experience in tube extrusion or a related polymer processing role.
- Medical device experience is an advantage.
- Hands-on approach to extrusion equipment setup, operation, and basic maintenance — or the aptitude and motivation to get there quickly.
- Precise, detail-oriented working style and a genuine willingness to keep learning and grow.
- Good command of either German or English is required; both is an advantage.
- Swiss work permit / European citizenship is a must.
What we are looking for in a candidate
- Team-player mentality and ability to deliver on a tight schedule.
- Hands-on attitude and a practical work approach.
- Drive to assume responsibility, learn, and take initiative where you can contribute and improve the company.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- High motivation with the ability to deliver results independently and as part of a team.
What we offer
Dynamic working environment with plenty of room to grow and take initiative. You will work with modern cleanroom infrastructure on technologies aimed at treating vascular diseases. European or Swiss work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
