Your Profile

Your Responsibilities
- Support People & Culture administration across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and up to date records
- Maintain employee data in HR systems and keep documentation complete and well organized
- Coordinate onboarding, contracts, and general administrative processes
- Act as a first point of contact for employees, crew, and managers on People & Culture topics
- Support communication between shipboard teams, operations, and the P&C team
- Assist with payroll preparation, including data checks, travel expenses, and allowances
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of administrative and payroll related inputs
- Help improve P&C processes and create clear, easy to use guidelines and how to documents
- Support colleagues in using HR systems and tools
- Keep documentation structured, compliant, and audit ready
Specific Requirements
- First experience in HR or administration, or a strong interest in starting your career in People & Culture
- Structured and detail-oriented way of working, with a high level of accuracy
- Basic understanding of payroll or administrative processes is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Comfort working with systems and digital tools, ideally Microsoft 365 or HR systems
- Organized and reliable, able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Fluent English is required, German, French, or Dutch are a plus
