What you move

• You develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and increase with existing clients
• You actively generate high-quality leads through multiple channels incl industry events & customer visits
• You implement sales funnel management and analyze KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of our BD-strategies
• You build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, partners and stakeholders

• Close cooperation with the sales teams, Marketing & Operations to align business development efforts
• Challenging and varied tasks in an extremely dynamic and competitive environment
• Strategic freedom combined with a hands-on mentality
• High-tech environment in which your (potential) customers are leaders in their industries

What you bring along

• Strong technical and commercial background (MSc/PhD) required; an MBA is a plus
• Experience in business development or sales is required
• Excellent communication skills, strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
• Willingness to travel worldwide and excellent English skills
