Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Baden im Kanton Aargau, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Technischer Projektmitarbeiter (m/w/d).

Als Teil unseres Teams bist Du für die Durchführung von Projekt-Arbeiten in den Bereichen Produktion, Facility und Infrastruktur unseres Hauptkunden Accelleron Turbo Systems (ehemals ABB) in Baden AG zuständig. Accelleron ist ein weltweit führendes Unternehmen in der Entwicklung sowie Herstellung von Abgasturboladern.

Bei Quant Service in Baden triffst Du auf ein hochmotiviertes und kollegiales Team von ca. 30 Mitarbeitenden, die als Unterhaltsteam in verschiedenen Funktionen tätig sind.

Was sind Deine Verantwortlichkeiten?

• Hands-on Umsetzung von technischen Projekten in den Bereichen Produktion, Facility und Infrastruktur am Standort Baden
• Du unterstützt die Klärung der Machbarkeit von Kundenanforderungen und entwickelst Lösungen zusammen mit internen und externen Partnern
• Durchführen von Reparaturen und Wartungen an CNC gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen und diversen Anlagen bei Kunden in der Schweiz und Europa
• Unterstützung des Instandhaltungs- und Engineering-Teams als vielseitiger Allrounder
• Proaktive Optimierungen im Rahmen vom kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess
• Vorleben und fördern eines hohen Sicherheitsstandards

Was erwarten wir von Dir?

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im mechanischen oder elektrotechnischen Bereich
• Weiterbildung zum Instandhaltungsfachmann von Vorteil
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Instandhaltungs- und Service-Umfeld von Vorteil
• Selbständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Schweiz und Europa

What are your responsibilities?

• Hands-on implementation of technical projects in the areas of production, facilities, and infrastructure at the Baden site
• Supporting the clarification of customer requirements and feasibility, and developing solutions together with internal and external partners
• Carrying out repairs and maintenance work on CNC-controlled machine tools and various systems at customer sites in Switzerland and Europe
• Supporting the maintenance and engineering team as a versatile all-rounder
• Proactive optimizations within the framework of continuous improvement processes
• Demonstrating and promoting a high standard of safety

What do we expect from you?

• Completed vocational training in a mechanical or electrical engineering field
• Job-related further education is an advantage
• Several years of experience in a maintenance and service environment is an advantage
• Independent and proactive working style with a strong customer and service orientation
• Very good German skills, both written and spoken; good English skills
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Europe
