General Description/Allgemeine Beschreibung
Main work location: Baar and surrounding areas.
The Transportation Team is looking for a responsible bus driver to join their fleet. This is a part-time (37.5% , or around 20h/week) permanent position which requires the successful candidate to work mornings (before school starts) and afternoons (when school ends). Candidates who have reached retirement age are welcome to apply!

Das Transportteam sucht eine verantwortungsbewusste Busfahrerin / einen verantwortungsbewussten Busfahrer zur Verstärkung des Teams. Es handelt sich um eine unbefristete Teilzeitstelle (37,5 % bzw. ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche). Die erfolgreiche Kandidatin bzw. der erfolgreiche Kandidat arbeitet morgens (vor Schulbeginn) und nachmittags (bei Schulschluss). Bewerbungen von Personen im Rentenalter sind herzlich willkommen!
Required and Preferred Qualifications-Experience/Erforderliche und bevorzugte Qualifikationen-Erfahrung
- D1 + CZV driving license is a must
- Available for morning and afternoon runs
- Will to do training, annually
- Dedicated to safety and safegarding
- Strong communicator (exchanges with passengers and their families are expected)
- Customer-oriented
- Willingness to work as part of a team within a dynamic, student-centred learning environment.
- Good English and/or German (spoken and written).
- Candidates must be living in Switzerland and hold a Swiss residence permit (if applicable).
- Führerausweis Kategorie D1 mit gültigem CZV ist zwingend erforderlich
- Verfügbarkeit für Fahrten am Morgen und am Nachmittag
- Bereitschaft zur jährlichen Weiterbildung
- Hohes Engagement für Sicherheit und Schutz (Safeguarding)
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (regelmässiger Austausch mit Fahrgästen und deren Familien wird erwartet)
- Kundenorientierte Haltung
- Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in einem dynamischen, schülerzentrierten Lernumfeld im Team
- Gute Englisch- und/oder Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Wohnsitz in der Schweiz sowie gültige Aufenthaltsbewilligung (falls zutreffend)
