Contexte & Mission : 

Build a fair, forward-looking performance and talent system that recognizes contribution, accelerates development and prepares the Maison for future leadership needs.

You will ensure performance, potential, succession and career development operate as one coherent and trusted talent cycle. Acting as a strategic partner to comex members and senior leaders, the Head of Performance & Talent Management strengthens leadership continuity and long-term organizational sustainability.

You will be based in Plan-les-Ouates and report to the Culture and People Development Director. 

Main responsibilities :

Performance Management Framework

  • Design and lead the Maison performance review cycle for Retail (to be created from scratch) and Corporate populations
  • Strengthen a culture of feedback, accountability and meaningful differentiation
  • Connect performance outcomes to development, succession and career decisions
  • Is the BPO (business project owner) to IT team on all topics relative to performance/talent management

Talent & Succession Strategy

  • Own and lead succession planning for critical populations (Comex-1 and BU GMs-1) in partnership with the Executive Committee
  • Define succession principles, governance and readiness frameworks
  • Facilitate annual succession reviews and synthesize strategic insights
  • Identify pipeline risks and propose targeted development actions
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on bench strength and leadership continuity

Succession Framework & HR Enablement

  • Design a scalable Maison succession framework applicable across the organization
  • Create tools, processes and governance enabling consistent deployment
  • Enable Regional and Local HRDs to run succession planning aligned with Maison standards
  • Consolidate and synthesize global succession data for executive visibility

Career Paths & Development Integration

  • Design and maintain clear career paths for Retail and Corporate populations
  • Align performance, development and succession into a coherent talent ecosystem
  • Promote internal progression as a lever of engagement and retention
  • Strengthen managers’ capability to conduct career and development conversations

Impact Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track performance and talent KPIs
  • Monitor data quality and talent analytics dashboards
  • Review outcomes regularly with senior stakeholders
  • Continuously improve frameworks based on insights and feedback

Budget Management

  • Manage budget of all owned topics

How you can fit :

  • 10+ years of experience in performance & talent management global positions within an international organization 
  • Fluent English required. French is plus. 
  • Deep expertise in performance and talent management in complex organizations
  • Executive presence and credibility
  • Excellent communication and synthesis skills
  • Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders constructively
  • Balance of fairness, development focus and high performance standards
