Your tasks

In this challenging and varied role, you will be responsible for the timely production of technical documentation, such as manufacturing and sales drawings as well as assembly instructions for high-voltage cables and accessories. You will prepare these in accordance with VSM / ISO and industry standards as well as internal specifications. One of the main task will be configurating and customizing our product portfolio with the aid of an internal product configurator.In addition to technical documentation / editing, you will actively support the development team and contribute your extensive experience independently and innovatively. Creativity, a wealth of ideas and a high level of technical expertise are required, particularly for technically demanding tasks. The tasks as a technical editor will be around 90 %.

Your skills

We are looking for a reliable, independent person who has completed as a design engineer EFZ, preferably already after further studies- not a must. You already have several years of experience as a technical editor and design engineer and have worked with the Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD programmes for many years.You are happy to take on responsibility, work in a results-orientated manner and are characterised in particular by your open-minded way of thinking and strong ability to work in a team. You work in quality and time oriented manner.You enjoy working in a motivated, well-organised team. You see the diverse contact with internal and external organisations as an enrichment of your work. You also have a very good command of written and spoken German and knowledge of English.
