We’re seeking a curious, analytical Marketing Intelligence & Analytics Intern to join our Digital Marketing team. If you see yourself as a translator of data then this role offers the chance to apply data science to real-world marketing challenges—optimizing user experience, campaigns, and customer insights to support strategic decisions. Your tasks

  • Translate business needs into analytical problems and deliver actionable insights for non-technical audiences
  • Analyze digital marketing data (paid media, CRM, web analytics) to uncover trends and guide decisions
  • Analyze user behavior across GF websites, B2B portals, and campaigns to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to clearly communicate KPIs to stakeholders
  • Integrate and process data from web analytics, CRM, paid media, and other marketing platforms to support strategic decision-making
  • Assist with data cleaning, preprocessing to ensure data quality and consistency
  • Support documentation of analytics workflows and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist with ad hoc digital marketing and platform development projects, including research, coordination, and stakeholder presentations

Qualifications

  • Recently completed or studying towards Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus
  • Interest in UX, web development, or digital product management is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences
  • Passion for marketing, curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced global environment
  • Preferred: Initial professional experience in data analytics as well as solid knowledge of a higher programming language (R, Python) and data service environments in the cloud
  • Availability: From February/March 2025 onwards
  • Duration: 1 year
  • Applicants must already hold a valid Swiss work permit (B, L, G, C) or EU/EFTA citizenship
