Job description:

We are looking for a PMO Resource to support a major international IT transformation program. The program includes SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, HR Workday implementation and PLM-related workstreams.

This assignment is intended for a junior to mid-level PMO profile with approximately 3-5 years of relevant IT PMO experience. The role is hands-on and coordination-focused, supporting PMO, Program and Project Leads in a structured multi-partner environment.

Important: Relevant PMO experience within IT programs or IT transformation environments is mandatory. Profiles without relevant IT PMO experience cannot be considered.

About the customer:

Our client is an international organization delivering a large, multi-country IT transformation program across several business and technology workstreams. The setup involves multiple partners and stakeholders, with an internal PMO function leading the overall PMO structure. Project Managers are already in place and require dedicated PMO support across coordination, governance, tools and documentation activities.

Requirements:

·      Support PMO governance, coordination and reporting activities across the IT transformation program

·      Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of resources

·      Manage access requests for SAP, environments, tools and related tracking

·      Maintain resource, access and compliance registers

·      Organize governance meetings, calendars and logistics

·      Coordinate meeting rooms, VC facilities, interpretation and time zone management

·      Track actions and decisions from governance meetings

·      Consolidate, format and publish SteerCo and governance presentations

·      Maintain SharePoint sites, templates, documentation and contact lists

·      Support administration of project tools such as Azure DevOps and CALM

Wishes:
  • Scrum or Agile knowledge
  • Scrum Master experience
  • Power BI knowledge
  •  AI / Copilot experience
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Workday, PLM or other large enterprise transformation programs
Competences:

·      3-5 years of PMO experience in IT programs or IT transformation environments

·      Experience supporting large transformation programs

·      Strong organizational, structuring and coordination skills

·      Experience supporting governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination in complex environments

·      Ability to work across several workstreams while keeping project information structured and up to date

·      Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira, SharePoint and MS Office

·      Fluent English

·      Full-time availability with an ASAP start
