Job description:

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level organisational and administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring the efficient coordination of day-to-day business activities. Working in a fast-paced international environment, you will act as a trusted partner, coordinating priorities, facilitating communication and ensuring that key business operations run smoothly.

About the customer:
  • Location: Zurich, Switzerland
  • Contract: Until 31.12.2026 with the possibility of extension or permanent internalisation
  • Workload: 100%
  • Start Date: ASAP 
Requirements:
  • Coordinate complex calendars, appointments and business schedules.
  • Organise domestic and international travel, meetings and events from planning through execution.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials and other business documentation.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external business partners.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items and support the coordination of leadership activities.
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide proactive administrative support and identify opportunities to improve day-to-day efficiency.
  • Assist with a variety of business initiatives and cross-functional coordination activities. 
Competences:
  • Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable senior administrative role.
  • Previous experience supporting senior management within a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A proactive, reliable and service-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a high level of discretion.
