About the Role

For Rotzinger Transver, one of our group companies with a site in Altendorf and a site in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a hands-on HR professional located in Kaiseraugst, who will take full responsibility in coordination with the HR team.

This role acts as the key HR contact for employees and leaders within both sites, while working in close alignment with and reporting to the HR Business Partner at country level.

The position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys operating independently, taking ownership, and shaping HR practices in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of all operational HR processes within the company (end-to-end employee lifecycle)
  • Recruitment and onboarding in close cooperation with line management and central recruitment
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, absence management, and offboarding
  • Drive and coordinate local implementation of group HR policies, standards, and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labour law and internal policies
  • Be the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters
  • Manage and continuously improve HR processes, bringing in own ideas and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner, acting as a strong operational counterpart
  • Support organizational and change processes at local level
  • Support local talent management initiatives, training and development
  • End-to-end responsibility for payroll processing including social insurance reconciliation.
What You Need to Be Successful
  • At least 8 years of solid experience in a broad, operational HR role (e.g., HR Generalist / HR Manager) preferably in a multinational group
  • Strong knowledge of local labour law and HR processes in Switzerland
  • Knowledge of Swiss Payroll, Knowledge of Data Analytics, Workforce Management etc.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Hands-on mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills in English and German
  • Very structured, reliable, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Availability to travel from time to time between Coesia Sites in Switzerland
