We are looking to professionally support our team in Zurich, starting immediately or by arrangement

IT Manager / Executive

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate teams of designers and developers

• Implementation of AI solutions and applicable processes for the company (efficient workflow, customer dialogues, marketing, SEO optimized contents, staff development etc.)

• Design and develop web and mobile interfaces

• Conduct user research and usability testing

• Define and implement product strategies and pricing models

• Collaborate with business owners to guide strategic product decisions

• support/responsibility for the planned expansion in the Middle East

What We Require:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Product Owner in digital products

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, prototyping, and usability testing

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management

• Experience in the business area of hospitality and tourism industry are a must

• strong skills and experience in Generative AI (Microsoft Copilot, Copy.ai, Write Sonic,

   Google cloud, AI GitHub Copilot, etc.)

• Ability to analyze business processes and contribute to pricing or strategy decisions

• Technical skills such as SQL, Python, Web3, or Cloud Computing are a plus

• Strong communication skills in English and knowledge of French ; knowledge in Arabic  is a plus

• work experience in the Arab world is a plus

• Passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences
