UX Researcher (m/f/d)

We are currently supporting our client in their search for an experienced UX Researcher (m/f/d) to join their team in Zurich. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will shape user-centered product development and make a meaningful impact on the overall user experience.

In this role, you will independently lead research initiatives across various product areas, helping to inform design and business decisions through deep user insights.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct end-to-end UX research across product and user journeys
  • Design and execute qualitative research studies (e.g. usability testing, interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries)
  • Analyse user behaviour and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Researchers
  • Prioritise research initiatives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Integrate complex technical and business requirements into research approaches
  • Advocate for user-centered design and drive research impact across stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in UX research or a comparable applied research environment
  • Strong expertise in qualitative research methods and research design
  • Experience working on product-focused research (e.g. usability, generative, or end-to-end studies)
  • Familiarity with AI-related products or research is a strong advantage
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership (Director level and above)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
