Job description:
  • Support the rollout of data governance, data management, and data quality frameworks
  • Perform data analysis to assess and improve data quality
  • Conduct data reconciliations and identify inconsistencies
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and definitions
  • Ensure alignment and harmonization of data dictionaries and data catalogues
  • Contribute to the definition and maintenance of data models and metadata structures
  • Help establish and monitor data quality metrics and standards
About the customer:

We are currently looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support a large-scale data governance and data quality initiative within an international financial services environment.

? Luxembourg | ? 100% | ? Start: May 2026 | ? Until December 2026 (extension possible)

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in a data-focused environment
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Data governance & data management principles
    • Data quality frameworks and metrics
    • Data models, metadata, and data structures
  • Hands-on experience with SQL (mandatory)
  • Experience with Python is a plus
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders and translate business needs into data requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
