To strengthen our HV Laboratory Team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated

HV Laboratory Jointing Supervisor, 100%

Location: Switzerland / Travel: approx. 20-30%

• Coordinating the team of jointers operating within the High Voltage Laboratory, field execution and technical interfaces (R&D, Project Management and other areas)
• Coordination of preparation and installation of HV cables and accessories for testing up to 500 kV
• Monitoring of jointing activities in external laboratories and client sites
• Supervision of cable system installation
• Support of laboratory setups
• Training and development of jointers
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and internal procedures
• Contribution to continuous improvement of jointing practices

• Education in network electrical engineering, mechanics or metalworking
• 5 years of hands-on experience in HV cable jointing and accessorie
• Proven experience in supervision of field activities/construction sites
• Experience in coordination of technical teams
• Problem-solving attitude and autonomy
• Strong coordination and leadership skills
• Ability to work in international environments
• Good English (German and Italian are a plus)
