Talent Acquisition Associate (80 - 100%) - Start date May or June 2026
We are seeking a collaborative and well-organized Talent AcquisitionAssociate (80 - 100%) to join our team of four. In this role, you will support the employee journey — from recruitment over onboarding to offboarding — helping create a welcoming and professional experience for our colleagues from around the world.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will coordinate standardized onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and support employees throughout key transition moments — always in service of the school’s mission and community.
Main responsibilities include the following:
Recruiting
- Recruitment with focus on operational employees, tutors, substitute teachers and administrative roles
- Screen applications and conduct interviews
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and submit required RAV notifications
- Manage spontaneous applications and trial days
Onboarding
- Organize and support onboarding programmes for new hires
- Serve as the main contact person for onboarding related questions
- Manage entry processes adminsitratively and track required employment documents
- Maintain employee data in the HR system (Abacus)
- Coordinate external requirements (e.g., relocations agency, teaching authorization, RAV, immigration office, payroll)
Offboarding
- Coordinate offboarding processes in collaboration with the HR Operations team
- Prepare reference letters and manage leavers’ documentation
- Plan and support exit interviews
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer and maintain alumni information
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Support the development and implementation of hiring and onboarding/offboarding policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience
- Contribute to a collaborative HR team culture built on trust, accountability, and partnership
Qualification and Experience:
- Relevant professional qualification (commercial/administrative background or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR administration, recruitment, or coordination roles in Switzerland
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Service-oriented with a growth mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic school environment
- Fluent in German and English
- Resilient, flexible, and positive personality with a good sense of humour
