Manager Product Risk Management

myLife Diabetes Care AG is a new, independent Medtech company specialising in the treatment of diabetes using advanced insulin pump systems. For our Product Development Department, we are looking for an experienced Manager who lead and develop the Product Risk Management team at our new Headquarter in Burgdorf.

Help us bring to market state-of-the-art medical technology solutions by optimizing processes and ensuring quality through your structured approach.

• Lead and develop the Product Risk Management team
• Own and continuously improve the risk management process according to ISO 14971 within our product development framework
• Ensure high-quality risk analyses and maintain consistent, audit-ready risk management documentation
• Support cross-functional development teams in applying risk management throughout all design phases
• Moderate and facilitate risk management activities and workshops
• Ensure effective risk management during post-market activities, including field data evaluation and benefit-risk reassessment
• Represent Product Risk Management in projects, audits, and regulatory interactions
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of risk management processes and tools

• University degree in a technical or scientific field
• Several years of experience in medical device risk management
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14971 (and related standards), EU MDR, and FDA expectations
• Experience with risk-based development and post-market risk management activities
• Proven leadership skills and a structured, pragmatic working style
• Ability to manage multiple topics and priorities in parallel
• Strong communication skills and confidence moderating discussions
• Excellent written and spoken English
