To further drive our growth, we seek a Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack/Java to join our team to contribute to our mission of building the next generation fintech.

We are looking for support as

Senior Full Stack Engineer (React, Java) (m/f/d)

• Design, develop, test, and ship robust, maintainable, and readable web applications
• Bring in industry standards and best practices to continuously simplify the current software architecture to reduce complexity and maintenance cost
• Solve hard problems where lateral thinking is required
• Monitor the production systems to spot improvement opportunities
• Make a positive impact on our engineering culture by adopting, implementing, and providing feedback on best standards and practices

• 4+ years of frontend development experience with modern frameworks (React / JavaScript / TypeScript / CSS)
• 3+ years of backend development experience with Java (e.g., Spring/Spring Boot) and REST APIs
• Experience building production-grade, scalable, and maintainable systems
• Knowledge of microservices, automated testing, design patterns, containerized architectures, and tools like Swagger or mocks
• A proactive attitude with strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to challenge the status quo
• Comfort taking ownership from ideation to deployment, balancing technical excellence with business goals
• Strong communication skills in Italian and English, and a collaborative mindset
• Nice to have: Experience in FinTech and/or mentoring team members
