Warehouse Logistics Employee (m/f/d) - Logistics Specialist (EFZ) / GMP / GDP / Pharmaceuticals / SAP / Dangerous Goods / Forklifts / German
Project: For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a warehouse logistics employee (m/f/d).

The Logistic Solutions Basel & Kaiseraugst service module offers business services, provides high-quality, cost-efficient solutions, and identifies trends early on. Easy and straightforward access to the various services for all employees is a key priority. We address diverse needs with expertise and ensure operational relief, effective use of existing assets, and compliant procedures.
Logistic Solutions manages goods and shipments arriving at, being stored and distributed on the premises, or leaving the site. As a Warehouse Operational Services employee in Basel, you will be responsible for the operational processes in Logistics Center Building 41. Your tasks will include processing export orders, disposal, and portioning various products.
The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training as a logistics specialist and possess more than five years of professional experience in pharmaceutical logistics. Furthermore, they will have proven GMP experience, excellent computer skills, a forklift operator's license, and excellent German language skills.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the correct operational handling of processes (warehouse management/goods receipt/goods issue) in compliance with regulations (GMP, hazardous materials, etc.)
• Processing incoming and outgoing goods
• Checking materials for correct quantity, material and batch number
• Packaging and processing of GMP, hazardous materials, refrigerated and frozen shipments for outgoing goods
• Proactive participation in process optimization and quality improvements
• Supporting supervisors in optimizing processes, audits and inspections, and updating SOPs
• Participation in projects
• Assisting with maintenance, identifying and resolving malfunctions
• Booking shipments in the various SAP systems
• Conducting inventory counts.
Must-haves:
• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist (EFZ
) • At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
• Proven experience in GMP/GDP environments
• Excellent computer skills (SAP, Office, and other applications)
• Completed forklift operator's license
• Excellent written and spoken German skills
• Sound business acumen, service-oriented, and highly flexible
• High degree of structured and independent work style
• Strong customer focus and professional, proactive approach to all stakeholders
• Structured, focused, and organized work style; assertive, motivated, independent, and resilient.
Nice to have:
• Good spoken and written English skills
• Training in the handling of hazardous materials
