We're looking for a Biospecimen Senior Specialist to join the Biospecimen Acquisition and Management (BAM) team in Rotkreuz.
Biospecimen Senior Specialist
Job description:
- Lead end-to-end biospecimen acquisition, including requirements, vendor negotiations, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Manage biospecimen data lifecycle in LIMS: data transfer, validation, and discrepancy resolution.
- Oversee project progress, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables and strong stakeholder communication.
- Maintain regulatory, ethical, and process documentation in line with BAM procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences with experience in biospecimen acquisition, data management, or biobanking.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA/EMA), GCP, ethics, and data privacy.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and English (B2+).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive team player with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
