Job description:

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect who is interested in producing technical deliverables

- including solution and system architectures and documentation - and has a deep technical

understanding of data processing systems.

The new hire will join an experienced and international team developing digital biosignatures. The solution architect will be part of a consolidation project in which we are architecting, implementing and migrating a large-scale sensor data platform used in the context of clinical trials. The solution architect will focus on specific elements of this sensor data platform by creating technical architectures in collaboration with the wider project leadership team, and oversee the execution and implementation of the technical architectures by working directly with engineering teams.

Your responsibilities would include the following:

  • Architectural Content Creation: Produce architecture documents, diagrams, specifications, integration maps, data flow designs, and migration roadmaps.
  • Hands-On Execution: Develop and validate POCs when appropriate using Python and cloud-native tooling.
  • API & Endpoint Design: Design, document, and optimize APIs/endpoints for integration and scalability.
  • Cloud Architecture (AWS): Design and validate solutions leveraging AWS services.
  • Data & System Migration: Plan and document approaches for migrating applications,
  • databases, and infrastructure across environments.
  • Implementation Guidance: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure implementations follow architectural designs and technical standards.
  • Documentation: Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation of architectures and designs.
