This is what YOUR future team does: 

The Carbon Removal Team is driving the growth of neustark by winning and expanding new accounts for neustark. We serve as a strategic advisor to our customers on their journey to achieving net-zero emissions through the implementation of our permanent CO2 storage solutions. Through a consultative approach, you are driving neustark business growth but also fostering sustainable partnerships that align with our mission.  


YOUR mission at neustark: 

  • Be a trusted advisor on removing hard-to-abate emissions for companies using neustark’s permanent storage solutions. 
  • Independently drive revenue growth by acquiring and expanding customer accounts. 
  • Build pipeline, forecast demand in your territory, and lead the sales process from initial contact to contract closings. 
  • Negotiate strategic, high-value contracts. 
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and value creation. 
  • Represent neustark at industry events and speaking engagements

This is YOU: 

  • 3-5+ years experience in management consulting or B2B enterprise sales at C-Level. 
  • A proven track record of successfully selling technical, complex products or services; experience in selling carbon credits is a strong plus. 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline growth and achieve sales targets. 
  • Success in building trusted executive relationships with global corporations. 
  • Passion to fight climate change and advise customers to become net-zero. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 
  • Thrive in a high-growth culture with an entrepreneurial mindset. 
  • Fluency in English and German
