What to expect in your new job
  • Gross margin responsibility for the assigned product lines.
  • Actively manage and develop the suppliers network in line with the One Stop Shop corporate strategy.
  • Proactively engage and collaborate with our sales offices to expand our customer footprint and develop new markets.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and understand the competitive landscapes.
  • Establish business budget and financial forecast for your line of product.  
  • Manage & monitor Business KPIs and initiate action plans where necessary. 
What you should bring.
  • A proven experience in product management and/or sales at polymer distributors, producers or recyclers is mandatory.
  • Technical understanding of polymer markets/applications and processing.
  • Excellent negotiations and relationship-building skills both internally and externally. Team player mentality.
  • Develop new markets. Effective communication both verbally and in written. "Know your audience".
  • Fluency in English is a must, German is a strong plus and any other European language will be an asset.
  • A solution-driven mindset, hands-on mentality of a doer who is determined to succeed, and a structured and independent way of working.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
