CAPEX Project Manager for safety projects (f/m/d)

We are currently hiring a German-speaking CAPEX Project Manager to support safety and EHS improvement projects in the chemical/pharmaceutical sector. In this role, you will work closely with our client to resolve safety gaps at a chemical storage facility. After the initial project, additional initiatives are planned - offering the opportunity to grow into a long-term role with broader responsibilities and program development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CAPEX projects focused on safety and EHS improvements
• Assess and address safety gaps in existing chemical storage infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with Swiss safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of a long-term safety and compliance program

Your Profile

• Fluent in German (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in CAPEX project management
• Background in chemical or pharmaceutical safety / EHS
• Familiarity with Swiss regulatory frameworks
• Experience with brownfield projects is a strong asset
