For our customer in Rotkreuz, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for a temporary assignment (maternity cover for 6 months, starting immediately) as:

Customer Service Professional / Assistant

Tasks: 

  • Support the Commercial stream (SAP SD) of the Lean Digital Core (LDC) program
  • Support the new SAP module and associated processes are validated from a business perspective and meet operational readiness for go-live in January 2026
  • Support the coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Customer Service (Commercial) functio
  • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to define and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria
  • Validate SAP system functionality against business requirements, including integration points with Suppy Chain Management and Finance
  • Identify, document, and escalate defects or gaps in functionliaty, and support resolution tracking
  • Support / represent Customer Service in daily UAT stand-ups and defect triae meetings

Requirements: 

  • Strong knowledge and background on SAP and IT
  • Work experience for and on SAP a big asset
  • Experienced Administrative Professional
  • hands-on mindset.
  • English: fluent /native, German: nice to have
