We are hiring for our Zurich office, where a team of 7 is waiting to welcome a new:
(Senior) Corporate Officer
Key Accountabilities
- Day to day administration of Swiss and Liechtenstein entities, including incorporation and liquidation of companies, drafting minutes and agreements, corporate secretarial work;
- Processing payments;
- Dealing with all formalities relating to bank-account openings and maintaining good relationships with banks and other third parties, on behalf of clients;
- Complying with all regulations, policies and standards and contribute to an effective risk culture;
- Preparation of resolutions, minutes of boards of directors and minutes of general meetings, responses to KYC requests;
- Preparation of memorandums and notes on specific transactions, on important events related to the life of trusts;
- Set up and onboarding of new clients; document fulfilment for KYC, onboarding, opening of bank accounts, preparation of closing binders;
- Assist in the risk management process through the identification and reporting of specific risks or risks trends to Senior Management and meet all governance, risk management, controls and compliance requirements;
- Ensure compliance with ZEDRA policy and procedures;
- Assist with putting together hard copy files for companies and ensuring Navision is up to date and correctly populated.
Knowledge and Experience
- Very good organisational and communication skills
- Excellent team player, autonomous and proactive
- Fluent level of English is required, Russian is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate officer in big 4 or a trust company in Switzerland
- Experience managing Swiss legal entities (AG or GmbH)
