Job Description

Our LGT Fund Administrators (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. (the "Company") provides fund administration services to mainly private equity funds. The administration group has over EUR 30 billion in assets under administration. The Company has established an office in Luxembourg and is looking for a motivated Deputy Team Head - Transfer Agency to join a dedicated team of 11 specialists, focusing on providing a quality service to our German and international client base. Your Role

In your role you will assume a varied book of work that includes the following responsibilities:

As a deputy Deputy Head of the Transfer Agency Department you:

  • Provide support in the management of a team comprising four professionals;

  • Assist in monitoring key deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of all required outputs;

  • Assume leadership roles in a range of departmental projects.

Given the Company's small size, you will work closely with colleagues to:

  • Review and send acceptance, capital call, and distribution notices;

  • Conduct AML and tax due diligence for new investors and monitor and review ongoing AML compliance;

  • Update investor contacts in the CRM, maintain fund registers and handle program transfers and conversions;

  • Keep records and update procedures manuals for transfer agency and AML processes.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or law;

  • At least four years' relevant professional experience within the financial sector;

  • Demonstrated understanding of applicable AML/CFT requirements;

  • Proficient communication skills in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in German is highly advantageous;

  • Previous team leadership experience is considered a significant asset;

  • The ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently;

  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing circumstances and unforeseen challenges;

  • Strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and a critical mindset.
