Your responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of integration specialists
• Develop and refine integration strategies that align with business goals and technology roadmaps. Design and document integration architectures, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistent and scalable integration solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in integration architecture and design. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in integration processes and technologies
• Lead the development of integration solutions using appropriate technologies, APIs, middleware, and data formats. Collaborate with Integration Engineers to create APIs, connectors, and interfaces for integrating diverse applications and systems.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions. Collaborate with project managers to define integration project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of integration goals and progress. Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams throughout the integration development lifecycle.
• Monitor the performance and stability of integration solutions, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Conduct root cause analysis of integration failures and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master is preferred)
• Proven experience working on integration projects involving diverse systems, platforms, and technologies. This could include experience with integrations platforms, ESBs, APIs, messaging protocols, cloud services, and data integration tools.
• Leadership experience, including managing integration or software development teams, guiding engineers, junior architects, and collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in integration technologies, such as API management platforms, ESBs (Enterprise Service Buses), iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), messaging queues, etc.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex integration challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Proven experience as an Integration Architect or similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing integration solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Fluent English (C1) - Relevant certifications in integration technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, Microsoft, etc.) and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, etc., are preferred)
