Senior Business Analyst

How you’ll make an impact
Together with our customers,you'llaccompany innovative and complex projects from inception to finish, ensuring their success.
You'll bring stakeholders from various areas together, define the project scope with them, and actively support the team in successfully implementing the requirements
You'll act as communicator at the interface between business and IT and ensure the flow of technical requirements to the project team
You'llidentify the needs of both the business and the users and subsequently develop the concepts and solution designs. You'll specify the necessary technical systems together with the development team.
You'll collect requirements and analyze business processes, model them, and bring them in line with the given business requirements
You'll help to implement methods and processes in agile teams as well as in traditional project environments
You will spend about half of your time either on-site with your project team or at the customer’s location – right where you can make the biggest impact.
What’s important to us
You hold a university degree (FH, Uni, ETH) or have acquiredequivalent knowledge and practical experience
You have several years of project experience, of which at least three years you have been working as a business analyst, or requirements engineer
Ideally,you have some experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
You have exemplarycommunication skills and feel comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams
Your work is customer-oriented, independent, analytical and structured
Youarehighlyadaptable and take a proactiveapproachtochallenges, demonstrating initiative and a willingnesstogothe extra mile.
You recognize the big picture while keepingthe focus, find solutions to complex problems and can communicate them effectively to others
You have profound knowledge of common tools and methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Jira, Confluence, Story Mapping,User Journeys, Kanban, Kaizen, Figma, UML, BPMN).
A fluent command of German (C2 and understanding of Swissgerman) and a very good English skills round off your profile
