To support the growth of our Software Development Departmentin Zurich, Switzerland we are looking for a

AutoForm is building a next-generation Application Platform to support and scale innovative AI-powered cloud applications. We are seeking a skilled and pragmatic AI Platform Specialist to join our interdisciplinary Platform Team. You will design, implement, and support the infrastructure and tooling that enable scalable, efficient, and reliable AI model training and serving.

This is not a research position — we are looking for a seasoned engineer passionate about AI architecture, MLOps, and cloud-native solutions, not model invention

Your tasks

As an AI Platform Specialist, you will:

• Develop and maintain robust AI pipeline tooling for model training, testing, and deployment
• Provide and support AI frameworks and libraries for teams building AI-based applications
• Design scalable AI architectures suitable for cloud-based workloads
• Manage containerized deployment environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Integrate and operate Kubeflow, MLflow, or similar MLOps stacks
• Enable efficient model versioning, reproducibility, and traceability
• Collaborate closely with product teams and platform colleagues in a SCRUM-based setup

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with the following background and mindset:

• Degree in computer science, engineering or natural science
• Experience in machine learning infrastructure and tooling
• Solid grasp of MLOps principles and AI model serving pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code
• Proficient in Python and scripting for automation
• Familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related deployment frameworks
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Kubeflow
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Good English required; German is a plus
