Servicetechniker (m/w)

We are currently looking for a service technician (m/f/d)

In this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and a solid knowledge of ventilation, building services and electrical engineering.

Your tasks include:

Commissioning, maintenance of ventilation equipment, control technology to optimize our systems for our users and solve problems.

Installation work of all kinds in all Trane departments such as service, rental cooling. 

Tasks :

• Takes responsibility for each project until completion
• Participation in training courses
• Independent diagnosis and repair of technical faults and problems in the area of ventilation and refrigeration technology.
• Direct collaboration with adjacent departments (sales, customer care, rental cooling, controls) 
• Selecting all necessary components 
• Coordination of operations together with operational planning
• Checking project progress, taking stock, coordinating activities, maintaining contact with the customer.
• Takes over special work in the Trane service areas
• Checking compliance with safety rules on construction sites, creating job site audits and near misses in Gensuite.
• Impeccable, process-compliant documentation in all specified documents and process-supporting tools
• Willingness to undertake additional tasks as defined by Trane

Desired skills:

• Organizational skills, creativity and teamwork
• Experience in customer service or field service is an advantage, but career changers are also welcome.
• Independent and solution-oriented working style, quick comprehension
• High problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Good written and spoken English skills, French is an advantage.
• Good MS Office skills and IT affinity
• Technical training (refrigeration / air conditioning / building technology)
• Sales-oriented approach
• On-time order processing
• Authorization for the connection of electrical products Art. 15 NIV
