In addition to our four Divisions, the Group functions also host our Corporate Accelerator, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
As Executive Assistant to the Group Board of Directors, based in Basel, you manage the secretariat of our Boards with dedication, skill, and care, and taking on tasks for the family shareholder with the highest discretion. You are the interface, communicating, coordinating, planning and executing Board and Shareholder events, travel and meetings. The faultless preparation of necessary documents, agendas, scheduling and record-keeping, fall under your responsibility. You are a prudent professional who skillfully juggles all tasks, thinking and acting proactively. Additionally, you possess diplomacy and tact, as well as excellent skills in coordination, communication, and organization of activities.
For this demanding and challenging role, you possess a qualified vocational degree (preferably as legal or notarial assistant) with additional training as a management assistant and have several years of experience as an Executive Assistant (preferably in a family business). You work calmly and methodically, are thoroughly organized, and maintain an overview in every situation. You are service-oriented, discreet, recognize what needs to be done in each situation, and always have the necessary sensitivity. You communicate confidently in English and German and skillfully manage interactions with different stakeholders.

Formal requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Assistant on Executive Level
- Formal qualification: Administrative vocal qualification; preferred legal or notarial assistants / Paralegals or bachelor's degree in business administration, legal or a related field
- Language Skills: Fluent English (corporate language) and German. Other languages preferred
- IT acumen: Proficiency in MS Office, calendar management and digital communication tools
- Further Trainings / Professional Development Courses (preferred): Secretarial or Administrative Certifications: Such as an executive assistant training. Time management, presentation and negotiation skills
